I had a talk with my boss about my situation I had with my program director when she was screaming at me. .. my boss actually pulled me in her office saying we needed to get a few things clarified. The program director had talked to my boss saying I was insubordinate and that I was talking back, and that the program director that I was going to report her. However I gave my story to the boss and explained to her what happened, and explained the information that I was presenting - and how I came to that information. So after this 45 minute long conversation I want to know what is her take on it now? How does she perceive me now?IP: Logged |

There's a part of the experience with him that you want in your life. He's just the metaphor. It has nothing to do with him it just has to do with the experience so I don't know if there's some nostalgic energy or there was a love energy or he made you really happy or you guys had fun, or it was intellectually stimulating (i have a feeling it's this one) or whatever it was. Page of Swords - 3 of swords clarifier by strength - King of cupsShe sees that your part of the story is right; u gave ur own opinions about this whole matter and she appreciates that, even if she knows that programmer director is in charge of everything and probably has the last word, ur boss knows u have a point and a good one, she doesn't dismiss your words. However, she doesn't like the fact that there has been hurt created, discussions, ugly words (in this case shouting), and she would like you to be a little more reserved whenever a problem like this arises, she would probably like you not to speak back to your superiors, u have power in ur words and u have a really good point, but however there is a hierarchy in the work u have to respect. Lastly, she sees it good that you appeared calm and collected whenever talking to her; she admires too ur emotional control IP: Logged |

page of wands clarified by 7 of cups Sooo this points to the programmer director being really happy with how you work and what kind of work you do. Whenever u follow the instructions she is really satisfied with the results... but it seems that you have a leader vein in yourself and more than one time you want to strike out on your own, take the decisions u want and do the work as u think it's okay (Queen of wands), which difficulty her job as a director. And most of the times, you also have ideas independently of the team, and you fiercely express them, wanting to take the lead and make them reality, but you may not have the same experience as the program director herself, which may, again, difficult her work as a director IP: Logged |
