I don't like seeing the Moon when it comes to questions regarding feelings. This is because in my experience, it always points so something going on behind the scenes that can only be found out much later (whether good or bad). The Strength card in connection to the Empress could point towards him trying to master (control) his feelings for you, which means he STILL has feelings.

well, the first thing that came to my mind as from where, some celebration. like a wedding, a party with ur friends where you celebrate something good or beautiful happening, u know, with lots of emotions involved, or maybe just a reunion with close friends or with a loved one where u share ur most intimate secrets or feelings, a pajama party... Also, water is associated with cups, so could be somewhere where water is the protagonist, some water involved, either the protagonist or second place.. u know? think of a cocktail party with fountains as decoration, or a big ice sculpture
