I put my apartment on Airbnb and I've already gotten some responses. I just want to know if I do this but everything work out okay? You know I hear scary stories sometimes. But I'm mostly interested in making sure I can get 900 for the month of July and August if I do that, do u see that?IP: Logged |

Its extremly safe. Every person that replies you can either accept or deny. In order for them to rent the room they also provide verification and airbnb has all their contact as well as yours.You can get 900 for each month base on what you price it a night or monthly. It's 55 per night and I've already gotten several requests but I'm looking more for whether or not I'm going to be able to bank $900 for July and August

Base on your location, and apartment if it near metro stop, grocery stores, and easly accessible to the guest, you can do $40-45 a night time 31 days in July and August would be &2480. Airbnb will take 10% of that or less.If even guest do only a few night here and there at $ 40 a day for 20 to 25 days that $1000 for each month. Dont ask for what your actaul rent price is, increase it a bit so you can make a little money on the side. I charge 40 a night, and have a guest staying for 2 months and for June, I have daily stays from different guests. Make sure you set up either a bank account you want to money transferred. Thank u! I did the smart money and they put it at a rate of 55. So I'm a bit scared because I feel like that's almost like a warning. Do you see if I will get a lot of space? Let me know if you have questions

I keep seeing that will find an apartment on there but your gut feeling is going to tell you that something is hidden and it is completely off almost like your going to end up screwed in the end so if you find something and it seems too good to be true follow your instincts and walk away I see you will find something else qccudentky IP: Logged |

Sorry I had to take time on this because I don't C like getting back together if I'm correct this is a guy. I see very loving nostalgic feelings but then I also see a little bit of hurt but I think he might be having Venus in his chart and that's making him remember you. So you guys can go back and forth with banter and I'll be cute and flirty but I don't see you guys actually physically connecting again. But I do see it was with good intentions and kind of like gosh I wonder how she's doing but I don't see it to reconnect

No this isn't me looking for an apartment I placed my apartment on the website. So people can get my apartment for as little as a day or as long as 2 months. So my question was will I get enough stays to where I bank at 900 in July and August quote:

I met him a month and a half ago at a BBQ and we have been talking and I thought maybe I was coming on too strong so I backed off 2 days ago and he hasn't reached out so I figured mini break (playing hard to get) and he took a pic of something and wrote "love me" and I sent him a heart but he's still giving me mixed signals..my heart melted when I read it but I'm at the point where I don'y know what he wants from me

I think I would be safe to say that this guy probably has a lot of connections to the woman he meets and immediately. I think that's what other girls would say as well. But he's just that type of guy he makes a girl feel special. I don't see him going after one girl in particular who he wants to be with. And I don't want to say he's necessarily playing you because I do believe he is into you. But I think he's more talk and Les show to the point where I literally don't see a physical reconnection again. It's like he's got the charisma and he's kind of learning from his friends but I don't think he has the belief in himself that he can get any girl he wants which is why I think he backs away from girls. Well he hasn't tried to get in my pants he was all over me at a party but did a 180 like a weirdo and then he basically tells me he is the type that needs a deep soul connection to even get aroused and doesn't do what most men do and jerk off ... And I'm like wtf like am I ruining this?
