Hi guys

I have a lot of short term relationships during life but struggle with being interested in big groups of friends where most meet their long term. I am looking for something long term (being 30..i am sure many women can relate). I was just wondering if the marriage ruler in retrograde contributes to delay? Also if mine is placed in the 1st or 12th house?
