I think here there is a very strong emphasis on communication here. I think recently there may have been some pleasant exchanges but also that an emotional cycle was starting to come to an end recently, hence you will be soon/are already entering a new one . I am wondering what 5 of swords is indicating here. Did you stand up for yourself in the past which is now leading you to a healthy present? Or it is saying that you may need to do that in the next month. Make your boundaries clear - take a definite stance. Then it is likely that the relationship will undergo a ‘new beginning,' and you will rise to new levels of understanding each other. You will experience new levels of intimacy - it will be a happy time for you. But do be careful not to be swamped with emotions.

The cards judgement and temperance where upright when i spread out the cards.

I think things are a bit up in the air at the moment. I think your boss feel that you would have all the knowledge and skills to do the task, but with the 2 pents(some one juggling) and temperance it makes me think they might feel it will be difficult for you to balance it with the other tasks you may have, I think they are wondering if you would be able to invest yourself into it. I think the boss will use their logic and choose based on what makes sense most in terms of work load.

In light of this i'm going to say probably not, but if you do get it, then I think it will be at the expense of another task. It seems you will lose something(either another task or this opportunity)

I asked my pendulum - I did get a yes but it wasn't a huge yes.
