I feel with the heart in the first position shadowed by the mountain is showing that you are stressing too much about this. Was this a resume'? The tree is showing "not to bend" and give up when all around you is out of control. Your final was the rider which traditionally brings news so I feel they did receive it. I clarified this by the ways card which is showing motivation on your part. So follow this up with a phone call perhaps. Hope this helps.

Hmm, with Lenormand its hard to tell.

I see that the theme of this is being unknown. It can be a secret or kept to their self about this.
It looks like someone really wants to cut through the clouded judgement, because to them they don't know if they will or not.
Did someone miss the other or is struggling? I see that someone may had tried to invite the person over or want to? With these two cards together, I wonder did it happened so suddenly that they are not sure on if he should go or not.

I do see sadness (or struggling going on) and that may be someone wants to remove some type of secret that is unknown to the.. I see that someone is not sure what to expect because of the invitation? Did you or him tried to invite the person over? Does any of this make sense?

I asked with tarot, and still shows someone being confused or having to make decision on if they should go. They do care about you though, but I see that he may have to make some scheduled time to do so. And it could be a possible yes, but its because of the ace of cups. But again i get a may be for this.
