This was like a month or two back.I was trying to develop more into my psychic abilities by having a crystal with me. I can't remember if I had it in my hand or in front of me while I was in a meditation pose. When I tried to meditate, I made sure everything was turned down (the tv I mean), and that I was the only person at home.
I had closed my eyes and after just sitting there for like 5 minutes, I heard talking. It was not like someone was talking to me, but it was like as if I was watching tv, but had my eyes closed. I heard people talking to one another and I had woke up from it. I couldn't tell if I was asleep or what cause this was early in the morning. So I done it again, I closed my eyes and just sat there, then I heard the talking again. The same thing happened, it was like I was just listening to the tv or someone talking to another person. I haven't meditated in a while, but was that normal, to hear talking like that? IP: Logged |

thats a crazy awesome exp. i can only hear people talking when im in between sleep and being awake. it happens infrequently. very cool u can do it on command. Sometimes it sounds like i'm tuning into a radio in my right ear. this happened when i started doing binaural beats etc. I do pick up on people talking but on occasions i hear a spirit etc talking to me. i think its normal. i usually think its a state between sleep / astral projection etc. maybe we are both cray cray lols. ive been trying to get to that state so i can hear things but having so much trouble IP: Logged |

I think it's cool ILP =) at any rate sounds more convincing than some drug-intoxicated losers who "saw" or "heard" things and consider themselves the next greatest psychic on the globe. I experience that sometimes too. Last time I did I was actually riding on the bus, in that usual semi-sleep/trance, and once again was jolted awake, cause it was like I was overhearing someone else`s talk.
Well it usually comes with a bit of a static noise, and feels like listening into someone talking in the distance. It`s usually just shreds of words, fragments, but sometimes a sentence will come out, very clear, oftentimes rather randomly (I remember one of the first time I got aware of it, the sentence was: "Shall I close the window? It?s getting cool." accompanied by many voices in the background and clinking of glasses I suppose. It was like listenting THROUGH someone else`s mind. I try not to think to much about it though.
