I dont think he likes it, I think he thinks heavily on it, perhaps also because he cannot see everything there(2 swords with the blindfold and the HP makes me think he worries because he cannot see the thought processes as well, like the veil, judgement also makes me think of out of reach too because the people are holding their hands to the sky to the angel above but not actually contacting). 10 swords makes me think he feels it couldnt get any worse. With the 10's I think he might feel like this cycle is ending, and there is a new one starting between you and MB(like a new connection) - the fool+sunrise on the 10 swords at the end.

He thinks heavily on it and i think it makes hime feel burdened/worried. I dont think he likes it to be honest.

But well, P is married, and should I stop talking to anyone else? Granted it is probably not the smartest of ideas getting into too close contact with his best friend, but it really is just chatting for fun a little. And why do I even feel like I have to justify myself?

Mmmh, was there a fall out or disharmony between you? It looks like he has been reaching for calmer waters, feeling you two approached more supportive harmonious connection and investing for the future, even though there needs to be some patience, something solid seemed to develop.

I was wondering What Ps little laugh meant when MB was mentioning my name. IT was a nice laugh maybe a little throaty but it surprised me and I just would like a little reading on this. Seriously though why mentioning me on the Podest in the first place?

Anyway it seems he texted today, because he made the conscious decision to do so, and because he was thinking of you, realizing he feels very attracted to you and - that is not within the spread, but it was my first though- because he misses you.

death, ace wands, 4 cups fell out together while shuffling

With the cards that fell out i think its some way a way of overlooking the change he feels happening and the spark he is noticing. With the main spread i think it was just a quick decision. It think its his way of showing strength a way of appearing to overlook the change that he sees occuring. I think he is trying to appear not to care about you chatting with MB.
