I think at first not, i think they will try messaging you, being quite enthusiastic about it. I think he will send something, be a little patient, but then realise that they have been blocked, the last two cards show difficulty and struggle so i think it represents difficulty getting the messages through, they will probably feel quite sensitive about it.

So in short, eventually yes they will notice.

I think it means yes you will. I think perhaps at the start its alot of negotiating things, and communicating. I think the cards show it will be quite a stable job that you will do well in. The moon on letter confused me to be honest, but i read that moon and letter can mean acceptance - perhaps it means accepting your terms or you accept the role? But the beginnings show alot of communicating. I think you'll learn quite a bit and have a passion for the role. There are nice work cards here i think you would get what you want in this role.

So in short, yes i think you will

Sun/Knight of Wands/Knight of Pents/10 Pents/Hierophant

Judgement popped up while shuffling. The cards suggest yes to me. The KoW is someone of action and 6 pents shows someone sharing things. I think he wants to share with you and take action, but the knight of pents is very slow card who takes their time and the star makes me think he can feel the distance. Judgement also makes me feel this as the picture shows people reaching for the angel in the sky but not reaching it. I think the 10 represents his feeling are long lasting and the chariot suggests he's very drawn to you. The hierophant is someone who figures out what is for the best, I think they maybe are figuring out what to do.

So in short, I think he's very drawn to you would like to share with you, but hes takes his time to think on whats for the best way to go. The cards suggest to me his feelings are long lasting. He can feel the distance between you. So yes he misses you.
