I feel not right away, I think they may offer you other options for applying for a bank account though or you may look at other options, may be some sort of temp account until you are fully settled in your area of residence. ------ >_< Pls no quote ------------------

Julz  6 swords, knight wands, 3 cups, 3 wands, 10 cups clarified by; sun, 4 cups, two cups High priestess popped up twice while shuffling and queen of cups was upright when i layed out the cards. I think you have been a calming influence on them, there is a strong atrraction there, and i think feelings are going to be deepening. I think they feel there are things about you they still cant see, you are a bit of a mystery to them, so there is some more things to learn about you, but they are open to opportunity with you.
