For how he feels I pulled the Two of Wands along with 8 of Wands. I always see wands as passion, strong emotions, energy. With the three of wands specifically relating to planning, choice, contemplation I would assume they are debating what move to make next. How to play their cards. Add that to the 8 of Wands, I think they are close to making their decision and progress will soon be made...and quickly,

As for the second question, i pulled yet ANOTHER wand. This time the knight of wands. The knight is a charming young man that is charismatic, charming, and especially confident . I think that yes, you WILL spend some time together, but it may be fleeting

So okay looks like you will be moving away from someone or something that has been stressful not easy situation for you. I think you will meet a older guy who will have you smitten a bit but I don't see anything serious but I think you'll be okay with it its what you need.
