what i saw immediately.

your heart chakra is not "healthy" (no heart chakra is that though). The opening behind is closed -> you don't feel loved. you can't feel the love of others

Being an empath, I know who wants me to be happy and who wishes me well, but it's on another level I guess. Now that you're mentioning it, the thought of feeling loved by someone scares me. I mean like friends and family and such (that's what's stifling).

So - what does one do? And what does this state of affairs deprive me of? Is it stopping me from growing spiritually? From finding the kind of love I want? Basically trying to find a reason to want it lifted lol

But with that heart chakra it will probably be harder to find love since you won't feel it and since it's hard to materialize that (the heart chakra is also responsible to get the things you want = materialization); well, it's hard to nmaterialize anything with a heart chakra that is somehow out of order. Also, you will NOT feel what your heart really wants. I think that is what puts you down. The heart chakra is responsible for a great amount of things anyone wants in life.

oh, that's kind

remove = e.g. seeing a hole in the heart chakra and deleting it with energy -> no hole any more
just let me know. if that's too scary or something, ask your yoga teacher...i mean you know what's good for you (i am for real, no sarcasm)
