I pulled another card and got Tower, Queen of Swords rx, Queen of Wands, so maybe there will be a change for good after a few shortcomings. You have to be tough and you'll get through where you want. OK. I will give you more details. I have been told that the bosses from my company arent pleased about my work and they want to make a change of job for me. They dont want to fire me. They want me to stay in the same department but changing my attributes. To downgrade me somehow. A few weeks ago I asked one of the bosses to change me from that departament because within this current departament I developed some health issues. The current job is very stressful, I don't like my female boss and I don't want to be her personal assistant.
What should I do in this case? Resign or ask again for a change in another departament. Will they change me? That is my question. Thank you!

First it doesn't seem to me that you are in the city in which you stated. That's odd. I do see you having a job. I believe what they said, is true. They will help u ...aka move u. I don't even think you would be in the same Department. I think you're lucky because as a person they see you as good and are willing to help you out but of course they're helping themselves out as well and they don't think you're an expert at what you do. To me it seems you get frazzled and frustrated. It seems like you never really caught on to the position or tasks. This might sound rude but this looks like you're an elderly worker. I think you'll be doing simpler task and will also be getting paid the same though, so yay!!. but it will hurt and you'll think, like they think ur stupid. I want to use the word re-classified. Does that make sense to you?? Do not quit. I don't think something else is coming for a while. Long time.I don't see that your boss Does not likes you, she does. I just feel she's all about business and wants to be ahead so she's going to restructure her team. I think you know very soon, one week, what you'll be doing and where you will be going

what cherful is trying to say is that your management think your job performance is not up to par and you should be working faster and smoother ( less issues). That's what they think. But they still want to keep you because they like you. IP: Logged |
