My birthday is Sunday and my Solar Return happens tomorrow. Other than my daughter, the last two years were the hardest of my life so far. I consulted an astrologer who said things would still be emotionally hard/isolating until 2018.....

I hope you'll be relieved from problems as to begin with this year. I am no expert in Solar return charts, and besides, it seems it was not calculated by the equal house system, which is the true one to my understanding. I think, though, there may still be a challenge, as the chart ruler, Mars, is conjunct Saturn. But I can't tell whether this challenge will take place in the 8th house or 9th, as the houses are not equal. It seems a major theme this year might be related to 4th house matters (according to equal houses system it seems the ascendant degree of the SR falls in natal 4th house), which means home, mother, also things may conclude this year, arrive at some end.

@Ayelet, the SR Mars falls in SR 8h and Saturn falls in 9h in the equal house system. SR AC in n4h.

Than I guess the challenge will be in 9th house matters, but that's a guess. A major theme this year would be home and family. Another aspect I saw was SR Venus and SR NN conjunct natal Mars, but I don't know enough to interpret it.

Thank you!! All readings of any kind(s) are welcome. I tend not to do exchanges, but then happily accept free readings and also hop on here to give free readings when I feel moved....

I think it will another s*#ty year, and then things will get better around the end of 2018, when tSaturn moves into my first house....but who knows? TNeptune nearing my Jupiter and trining my Moon might bring a little magic.

I made a lot of birthday wishes on the candles on my cake--but it might not count, because there were like 5 instead of 42, and my daughter helped me blow them out.
