I would say he is carefully considering what's going on between u two. He feels however a little confused and not seeing clearly where u two are headed or what his feelings are for you. it seems that tomorrow he will go there with all his best intentions, but the meeting will be rather hard. U will feel somehow when u first see him and when u leave u will feel the situation completely different. Big change tomorrow. As you can see by the 5 of Pents he does miss you and thinks about the old time you had together. He feels left out in the cold, but judging by 8 of Cups and the 8 of Pents, he had moved on from the break up.
he thinks you are self sufficient and you dont need him.
