Yes you will go, you will have to spend some money to go, perhaps to beautify yourself a bit - new outfit, facial and makeup - in a way to renew yourself. You may be celebrating with co workers or with someone whom you have worked with in the past. This party seems like it will be held at someones house and yes there you will meet a man. This house/place you will go seems to be up high could be in a building a rooftop or an apartment in a tall building - could be an institution banquet hall where they hold parties like a hotel.

Let's see which man it is - MAN + HOUSE shows that its aman whom lives close to you is from your region someone very familiar to you.

okay so this November looks like someone u have been waiting for and u thought was going to return, probably won't make it to you. Some delays in that aspect; maybe it's not a person but a situation which u are looking for and in which you invested, seems that it won't turn out as u wished. But actually this situation isn't finished yet; it will be you the one who will see it as totally lost and won't want to invest more in it not even a second.

That is a very sad spread. But I have a feeling what this is about as well and yea I know its not going to come through if I think it is what I think it is.

Hopefully work will look up that month though.
