Ehhh...he and I are friends, in a business partnership - a start-up foundation - but we have a romantic history, and those feelings seem to keep popping in now and again (he's 'showing the signs' - even my daughter, 21, noticed them), though I don't act on them. Money is tight (as is the case with any start-up and its founders); but we get along, work together, balance each other out and support each other really really well, because we have that strong base of friendship.

Not really sure if that changes anything. :/
