Within this year I would say he will, 3-4 months but he is thinking about it too much. Its like the thought to do it is more powerful than the action but there will come a switch and he will.

Im starting a new job next week, my contract will 1st be for a month like a trial period. Will they then renew it for longer?

Timing is not my forte at all but i'll try. right now he's feeling defensive and slightly annoyed with the situation, when this is over he would text and it looks to be the 3rd week of october.

Yes you will. I think at first you might find it hard to settle in, or it will just take you a little while to establish a solid friendship. It seems to be there will be a male energy that will be around you during this time, I think this will be a strong connection. I think he's been feeling a bit out in the cold or detached from you. So he's been noticing you're not around. He's been feeling like things are a bit up in the air. With Page of pents in the centre I think he does want to get in touch but he's struggle a little but with actually doing it. I think he's trying to balance heart and mind or trying to think in logical terms. With the ace of pents as the outcome, i think he'll be open to new opportunities with you and will actually reach out. He wants to get in touch but is a bit slow in reacting to it. The 8 of cups was upright when i layed out the cards which I feel means he wants to walk away from the way things are currently.
