Hi everybody

Just a little concern and maybe a solution for those generous souls that offer free readings and specialized readings with no expectations of an exchange. They are wonderful! However I'm wondering if anyone else is feeling the same as I do. These threads are often the most popular therefore there are a LOT of sitters. I was thinking that perhaps a separate thread could be run for questions concerning your reading plus feedback. The reason is this really holds up everyone else. Often times I have seen maybe the first five or so sitters will get their readings and then everyone else is ignored. Consequently the thread is ignored because the reader is exhausted and the rest of us are left without a reading. Just a thought. Let me know what you think.

That reminds me that I have a thread I didnt finish the readings on. :/ I sometimes just dont finish because I feel drained too easily.

Can you explain what you're trying to say Poochy? I'm a little confused on it.

Too many rules and regulations gets us nowhere. If you feel left out you can always contact the reader directly. Should and shouldn'ts can get as bad as don'ts and no's.

Always good to voice your opinion, but most readers especially the good ones can handle their big offers/loads. We all can practice more patience, with others as well as ourselves.

Happy eclipse. Oh, Saturn and Neptune, so palpable you can feel it!

I think also perhaps if the OP/heading clearly says 3 readings for free, then people should not be expecting to have a reading if they are the 4th sitter. But this is up to the reader if they want to continue.

Ultimately it is up to the reader how many readings they do and the time they take to do it.

Pls dnt quote might edit later

Oh, I was just trying to say exactly what you're saying, that you get burned out. You are one of the most generous readers LL has! I understand sitters wanting better clarification on there readings but sometimes the reader and sitter will go back and forth several times while others are waiting.

Oh, this reminds me that I need to finish a thread

Many readings normally don't drain me, BUT what drains me: sitters constantly ignoring the few rules. Ignorant or disrespectful. I saw that I am not the only reader irritated by that sort of behaviour

But I don't understand you: if you are not happy with the free readings threads why don't you open a free readings thread yourself and show us how to handle it appropriately?

I think if someone is kind enough to offer and doesn't get around to it so be it. There will always be other opportunities. I think placing regulations might discourage readers from being so generous. It's a non-issue in my opinion.

Hi Enneline

I hear you! And I am embarrassed to say that I am one of them I love the threads that you do and apologize for not paying more attention. Even after all this time I don't feel I am that good of a reader so therefore I wouldn't be able to handle a large volume.

no need to apologize, just the point of view of a reader

i also understand your point of view: you are looking forward to a reading...and then you don't get it that sucks, i know

Thanks i love to give readings mostly but then i forget that doing too many is not too good because you will then feel tired/drained and you made promises to people that you would do the readings and it makes me feel bad.. Thats why most times i only do a few or up to how many i can do at that time. I had made a few posts before and didn't finish and when i look back i feel bad about it because those people were looking forward to their reading and i couldn't finish them.

Being honest I don't think it's an issue. Many readers want to know if they are hitting it on the mark so engaging back and forth is a way to confirm or if they may need a little clarity what they are seeing.

I believe what some may not know or read the post, maybe even disregard the subject line/post. Whatever it is. I don't think I've yet to come across a reader offering a reading of any sort to practice or just because without stating in their post/topic how many they wish to take on. Or even edit their post to list closed. What I do see is once the cap is met several keep tagging on. Can that be a bit disrespectful? yeah it could be. Though can someone ask hey would you be willing to let me sit. Maybe one or two after cap is met. If reader chooses to take on it is up to their discretion.

Once the amount offered is met those who wish to sit without paying mind that the number has been met. I don't think someone should feel bad or feel like they got cheated if they don't get a reading.

Remember readers don't have to offer readings. It is voluntary. Yes sometimes its to practice some to make sure they are still intune with things. Some just because their energy is feeling like they should.

This is just my two cents.
