Ok.so yes I am nosy but, I notice A likes cover pics girl L posts, but doesnt like actual pics of her.
So I wonder why he likes random pics she posts but not pics of herself.

Mmh, honestly? I think he might like some of the pictures she posts but not really HER herself.
It seems to me like something might have happened between them, some rather dramatic development or fallout, and he is moving on from their connection/relationship. These cards seem to indicate that there are no real feelings involved, though they might still be in mental contact, or communicating. But there doesn`t seem to be an emotional connection at all, so he does not like pictures of herself.

Why is it so difficult to keep losing weight at the moment and will I get back my self-discipline again?

Your mind is focused on other things. I get some stress matters, busy life and busy mind which get you stuck on the same weight. This wont be like this forever but this will start changing in around a month. Oct time your life will seem less hectic and just more rekaxed and together.
There will be less restless or stressy days which is when you will be more intune which way is best to lose weight and start losing it.

though in my OPINION I`d thnk it would only be logical if he checked your profile, at least for a glance. after the reconnection it just makes sense to me.

Difficult spread. Either it means that yes he is going to ignore it.

Or it could mean that he changes his previous methods of contact (none ) and in fact will respond, after a time at least, but probably in a very balanced way, just responding to what you wrote, so neither of you feels like having the upper or lower hand in this.
