Well , when looking at the spread I have been thinking that OV has been quite reluctanct towards you, like there was a conflict and he was trying not to getting involved in any open conversation about that. However, the 2 of wands and the 7 of swords were reversed. For me a clear sign that he's is going to give up his defensive attitude and that he is willing to forgive you or beg you for forgiveness.  Without being too romantic, I think he is becoming more open to you

N regards to hearing from SK I can sense or it seems from the cards you feel a little dissatisfied bored almost like you been so patient but still nothing has occurred. ..you will eventually within or in the next 2 month period give up on the thought of SK gearing from them. You've waited long enough you will feel. His focus is more on future his family,friends, home community I don't see him reaching out I don't see you waiting either
