#2 Why does my colleague Y keep getting so defensive in team meetings? It's bothering me to the point i dont want to go to my meetings. It happens when im asking something or giving an update on my work.

Things will be calm but constructive. you will building an even stronger connection and move towards calm waters. But it will feel stable, yet not overly exciting.

Then it seems like there is either a bit of a stagnation period, or you both will be immersing yourselves, maybe even together, in the emotional connection that there is, maybe even exchange memories from the past, deepening your spiritual connection, too.

hmm... I think they would be enthusiastic but I dont think they would capture the imagination. The four cups and 5 pents make me think this choice might be a bit flat at times the really good in others. There is this up/down feeling for me here.

Seems this one will have a bit of drama in it. Maybe a rocky start but then things will get going. Perhaps will have a feel of the play you already saw? I just have a feeling like there would be a build up to some dramatic performance, lol.

Y is my colleague, there is some tensions between her and my boss. Y thinks my boss gives too much work and my boss thinks Y is inefficient and see things only one way. To be honest i can see both sides and i dont want to get involved in office drama. Im working on something similar to Y but Im not working with her directly on something but she gets real defensive if i even ask anything.

yes I think you are spot on with your reading.

BTW it`s not a play I wrote, but actually you can eprsonalize novels. Means there are some novels written, and you can write your chosen characters into it, giving them names and looks. It`s just fun. (I got one for my aunt for her birthday, and I thought it would be fan having one for myself. lol)

I think however my current thoughts/ feelings about each of them is captured well by the reading.

Can I have another one?

It feels like you having been moving on from things but also thinking about what the future might bring to you. Seems you may have been feeling a bit sensitive or emotional regarding commitment/relationship/family matters and your thoughts on those have been pulling you in different directions. Perhaps you have been reflecting on things. The chariot also makes me think of desire and page of cups is something kind of new, fresh emotions.

So perhaps you have been looking to the future wondering what direction it will take, thinking about relationships, commitments, family etc. And I think perhaps you are drawn to C in some way, as maybe you see there might be potential for something to grow there and develop into someone more?
