The only thing is that I also pay attention to the cards that flash in front of me while shuffling, and the card CROSS showed up almost constantly. Is it someone's birthday on that trip? Or I wonder why the cross flashed up 5-6 times.

I see this as more of companionship. Which is nice, it's more than a fwb.

During the trip, at first, it seems ur too nervous/or unsure. But that unclarity fades.

Ok, so totally just intuitively I am seeing some sort of setback with this job. I don't know if it's the job itself (like maybe pay that is not what you're worth?) or like people within the company being something you're unused to. I remember a previous reading I did for you, and there was a strong male influence in it. Someone heavy-handed, not someone in the same line of thinking you are....so possibly a CEO (it wasn't just a "boss," it was someone more prominent) and you butting heads and you question your role there. Regardless, it feels too "buttoned up" for you.

Onto the cards:

HERMIT - THREE OF WANDS - PAGE OF SWORDS (Rx)

Okay, so yeah. Another initial feeling I got about this is that you would feel lonely, like you weren't fitting in somehow, which the hermit can show. Maybe you question your place now, will you like it? ....or what I asked (how will Cherful's job in DC turn out?), is pointing to a sequestering of sorts where you feel overwhelmed and become withdrawn because it's not what you thought (in concert with the pervious reading about a strong male figure, this could make sense. Is there a prominent man at this company?). I think you took this job because you see the opportunities it offers you, but you're just taking it because you don't have other prospects at the moment. I don't think you shouldn't take it, but I don't think you'll be at this job for long. The Rx Page also shows "annoying" others/challenging them in a way they don't like, with questions/boundaries, which could speak to the rubbing up against someone at the company, which you ultimately decide you don't want any part of and leave. Or it might honestly be that you are so different from these people, that you say nothing but internally know it isn't the right place for you.

Ultimately, this job (I feel/see in the cards) is not your end-all, but will be a good lesson to show where you want and need to be. Because it won't be perfect... but it's a good life lesson to undertake. You will probably end up leaving DC (three of wands/travel, foresight, and better opportunities). I think it's a great starting point, but it won't offer much. Only more knowledge about yourself and what you want from a career. [/QUOTE]

We didn't meet on the internet, we met at an event pretty briefly, but we live in different places for the time being, so it's basically been long distance communication. That's why I'm wondering about the trip and how it will go, since there could be a lot riding on it
