1. lack of comittment

2. lack of interest, or an on-and-off-here-today-gone-tomorrow-interest, unreliable

3. you`re in a state of anticipation, but the 9 -cards are "alone-cards", so not at the current time (though there might be a better time for this)

4. Either moving on completely from this or being clear about what you want and communicate directly your what you want from him.

Then let it go, he obviously doesn`t want to have contact with you.

Well, I know rejection or onesided feelings really suck, because it feels like you have no closure. But really you do have closure. He said "No" to you by avoiding contact.

You deserve to be treated with affection and a man being happy to be around you. THIS one obviously can`t or won´t give you that.
