I think a trait that I noticed was prominent in Scorpio Risings was their noses. For some reason, there is a certain quality to the nose in a Scorpio Rising that sticks out to me; I even possess it myself. However, something tells me it may be a different rising based on the picture you posted. As a Scorpio Rising myself, I am quite picky about pictures I post of myself, choosing only top notch photos that tend to be very serious photos. That is, if I even decide to post photos of myself, which I have been more open about.
In this picture I don't get the Scorpio vibes. Even when a Scorpio Rising smiles, there will be some sort of alluring quality to the image that identifies them as being a Scorpio rising.
I can post a picture of myself if you would like in order for you to see where I'm getting at, but overall, you don't look as much as what I would consider a Scorpio Ascendant's appeal here.
