Moon/Virgo opposite Saturn/Pisces is the more primary aspect when there is a tendency for anxiety -- as is Moon conjunct Pluto/Uranus. Those three planets add tendencies for inhibition/intensity and worry over doing something inappropriate, yet often feeling you need to to stay sane. This Moon/Virgo configuration alone added to Scorpio rising can bring about a tendency to be reclusive.
As to the yod, Jupiter is the stem planet, which makes it the planet of focus: expansion (Jupiter) of one's energies (Sun) and sensitivity (Neptune) to others. I'm not interpreting Jupiter as necessarily in the 7th, but if you are confident it is, then you can probably see how that has played out. Self-doubt is also not a good basis for decisions on how to extend yourself to others.
The sextile between Sun and Neptune represents a sensitivity on a mental plane. Its opposite midpoint is Jupiter, the stem planet indicating extension to others. Just make sure it is an extension/expansion within your capacity and not based on imagined responsibilities that are not actually yours. Just because you can think of some good gesture or deed does not obligate you to do it. The best of this configuration only comes out in liberated creativity when one has shed guilt. Guilt as a motivator will keep you in anxiety and self-sacrifice. No need.
I'll assume neither of us know exactly where your Asc is or how close Neptune is to it, since you've shown different charts in this forum that vary at least a couple degrees on the Asc. (I don't even know its in Scorpio for sure).
So I won't make too much here of Neptune near Asc, but will speak around it more generally. It can be an aspect that helps express great vision or creativity. Sometimes earlier life experiences (possibly related to Moon aspects) sabotage a person's confidence to develop that creativty, thus leading to the anxiety. (Especially if you grew up Catholic in Ireland?)
The default action for recovery of identity and confidence for a person with such watery chart/Asc features is cleansing -- not of things for which shame/guilt may come in, but of those very feelings themselves, which are useless. If there is shame/guilt under your anxiety, I strongly urge you to spiritually cleanse those from your life rather than use the label anxiety, which is non-specific and not empowering. Shame and guilt are worthless poisons. It is one thing to feel such a thing for a moment in time. It is another thing entirely to carry them around and let them make a home inside you.
