I have a work question

- I handed in my plan for program I will do at work. I am aware already when I got home I made some mistakes.

So other than this. What will they ( boss + people who will see it at work) think about it. As in will it be a job well done or no..

Yes, I think they will want to do some changes to it... It doesn't look like the plan will completely satisfy them as it is. It may take a while longer until this plan is fully set and structured as they would like to see. So there seems to be more work ahead regarding this... It doesn't feel like an easy task as honestly I feel them a bit "aloof" when it comes to this plan. They know what they want, but it feels as though they don't know exactly how to see it manifested... They have an idea, but nothing concrete. So when they see your plan, they will feel like it's not perfect as it is, but they will still feel a bit lost as in how to achieve their goal with this plan. Is this why they handed it to you? I hope this makes sense somehow, let me know. x But the reading does point out that this plan will still be worked on some more.

Question 2:

4 of Swords | 7 of Cups | The Judgement (Rx)
Clarifier: 3 of Pentacles

I still don't get a pregnancy... This looks like she's hiding something here, not telling the whole story. It does look like she's trying to spread a rumour or having other people as a motivation for her doing this, with that 3 of Pentacles as a clarifier... I really hope I'm wrong on this one though, that's something quite nasty to do.

No thats not why they handed it to me. Im not quite connecting to this honestly. My plan is done almost like the one last year so they in no way can sayits aloof. That one is aproved by educational board.
So I can see changes being made but not that a lot is missing or that its aloof its very detailed. it was given to me because I will be executing it. So what you are saying is they wont be happy at all with it?

2nd..
Yes it seems fake almost mapped out to me too.. like she is planning toward something. She has shown manipulative tendancies before so its no surprise no matter how bad it is to do so.

Your boss will have the best opinion of you. He/she will be very pleased with the commitment you showed to this task and will feel secure to trust you with further responsabilities. Definitely will see you as someone who takes their duties very seriously and who doesn't joke around with work. He/she will know you gave your best effort. However, I don't think your boss will be too exuberant in the way he/she will show appreciation of your work.
