I used the dream oracle and got cage, compass and child. I don't think you will...I think there will be a change and new beginning for you. The compass is showing the change and direction. So I think it's showing the move first off that you mentioned and the child is about the new start. I pulled 2 more clarifying cards and got dog and pyramid. Which shows generosity/values and foundation. Is it possible to do something similar to where you are moving? I show you will have the foundation to finish according to the cards and it looks like there will be a chance to finish something close to if not the same thing when you move based on the help of someone close to you.

2 of wands / 6 of wands / the devil

2 of wands shows you're planning for the future in case either scenario plays out and the 6 of wands shows process and almost finishing something to be publicly recognized (a type of graduation?). At the end of the course, you'll be facing something of a crisis- you will feel stuck emotionally, but realistically, it shouldn't be stopping you from completing the course.

In regards to soulmates, sometimes soulmates aren't meant to be in our lives forever bur rather for short periods of time to help us grow and move on. I also remember the soulmate reading I did for you, tbh I feel and still see that the person I was describing is someone totally brand new, but who knows he could posses similar traits as your ex.
