They could possibly have much 8H activity in synastry or pluto aspects?

Not in my opinion. Devil is ruled by Capricorn, Saturn is its ruler. Devil card is associated with the material world & also being bonded to someone through thick and thin, like out of obligation. That's Saturn.
It's such a complex card, but I don't think Pluto. But I can see why you would think so.

Yeah I agree with you and I understand why this card is ruled by saturn but seems like a
a mix of them both then?cuz with saturn aspects such moon/saturn and venus/saturn you can find the feeling of being restricted and somehow "glued" to someone else but besides that the sexual side of this card doesn't have anything to do with saturn.
Isn't the Devil one of the most sexual cards on tarot?

I don't think it's a mix of both.
But Yes sex is associated with the Devil. But devil is associated with guilt and shame too. But nowadays we have a much liberating view on sex. So I see what you are getting at. I don't feel Pluto at all when I pull the devil. I'm Plutonian I should know lol. I think devil is more than sex, but more temptations.
However depends on which deck too. Right now I'm studying the Thoth deck and the 6 of cups the most sexual card...it's also ruled by sun in Scorpio so...
But if you see it different than the traditional view than doesn't mean you are wrong.
