A small patch of silence but not directed at you but it feels more as him going through a rough patch of his own.
Other than this he will be in a funny sarcastic mood with you. Sometimes in a way pocking fun at you being too serious. Over most of the month he will be in a closer relation to you giving you a feeling of you also getting support you give. The month will feel as a closeness and open communication through a fun energy.

My Q : anything special/positive stand out in Nov for me?

Mostly ok. not overly good or bad. you may get some assignment or to do something instead of someone or with someone and this wont be what you want but you will deal with it accordingly.
You will also feel tired and needing more time to fo things kind of slowed down. So it will go Ok but you do wish for it to get better and it will mid week.
No major annoyances.

Will my work week go ok? next week

Yes, can imagine that. Long day tomorrow. First I have to teach a class I thought I would not have to teach, followed by a very exhausting workshop at our school. Dealing with how to do comedy with pupils (the writing process and demonstration of it mostly).
I really am not in the mood for this. lol
Funny enough the speaker there, who is teaching us, actually is connected to P`s and his best friend`s "home theatre base". But well I`m not in the mood. lol

But I also have to organize the catering (well the pizza call. lol But do that order for 30 people, it`s always a drag).

So very long day ahead of me, and I am not even that interested in comedy writing (I prefer the acting/ improvisation workshops).
Last time this particular teacher was there he was sort of grilling me and not sure why but spnding a lot of time working with me. Felt not so much like an informational workshop but actually like coaching me. LOL

So I guess this will be rather workintense tomorrow again.

But worse than that I cannot keep my promise of giving back the classtests to my pupils, because I simply did not get it all finished. Too much on my plate.

Mmh strange spread. There will be something that is not quite obvious, something going on under the surface, and you might have a "gut instinct" about things not being exactly right. With 5 of cups there seems to be something that is cause for regret, or not really going like you`d like to.

But from the mid of the week on things should be looking up a lot, with Knight of Wands a new awaken spark and enthusiasm, and you should be able to get a lot of things done.

Yes, I got that impression, too.

I also pulled another spread and it had

2 of cups - 9 of pents - Knight of Cups.
And it COMPLETELY looked like the spread of a friendship or romance blossoming. Very very romantic.

But did not make any sense in terms of work.
not a clue why. maybe I can`t connect today with workspreads for you?

2 of cups - 10 of wands - Page of Cups

He seems to be really touched by it, filled with affectionate feelings to the brim, but also is being overloaded at the moment. Maybe very busy workwise?
Still with the Page of Cups coming up I think he feels like this is a great start to something romantic, and hopefully he will react soon.
