Astro keenPast: Happiness(9 of cups) This looks like a very nice card. It have family and friends gathered around for lunch. The weird part is that the Food and drinks are in the front, away from the people. How it seems, the drinks are stacked up on top of each other and there is only one plate of food. I feel that this only involve one person, someone that is emotionally satisfied, or like things their own way. It seems that want to be happy. It may also mean that someone's wishes are finally coming true. Present: Princess of cups (The Costume Designer) This card shows a lady making a dress. She's gentle, kind, and sweet. She is making sure she doesn't mess up, to make this perfect dress she has in mind. I see this as trying to start over emotionally. Not telling the other person how they feel up front until they are ready. Future: The Hermit It's a little hard to say on what this card is exactly showing, but I do see a man and it looks like he has lighter in his hand(?). He is alone, just like what the card is trying to explain. This card tells me that someone would want to be alone, to think.. to listen to their inner voice. This person may want to avoid other people, just so they can be able to not ask others opinions but only their self. Would this make any sense? IP: Logged |

Thank you, ILP. 9 of cups could be representing J, where he got what he wanted but I didn't. The present status of the relationship - Princess of cups is true with regard to starting over emotionally. And being careful that I don't make the same mistakes again. Hermit in the future position is usually a time of reflection and separation in a relationship. It often means being free of the other person, which could be the case. So, how useful the spread is depends on how it is interpreted. And there are many interpretations possible. You did well here. Did you feel them intuitively by any chance? IP: Logged |

Thanks, ILP! The cards resonate a lot.you asked for a feedback - Past: the 4 of wands ( completion) is about us celebrating the love we found with each other. We did feel like we completed each other.
Present : the 4 of Cups. Yes, you are right, standstill, total shut off.
Future: "Nothing should be able to knock you guys down if you
two try to be in control and stay strong."

Not being able to use one's intuition with cards is a difficult one - on account of the many possible interpretations (I am trying to develop mine - we all should be able to do it). Without intuition the only way to achieve greater accuracy would be through asking the client questions to set one on the right track. And of course lots of card knowledge and experience.IP: Logged |
