You are not feeling your own energy. I get a sense someone around you is feeling sad a female. You are picking up on this empathically.
It will go away in a day or 2. Its best to not attach thought to it right now and just let it pass naturally. There are thougts about a male that make you happy so try to bring those thoughts forward and not giving the low thoughts so much significance.

It feels he is really facing life on the tough front. he has kind of drawn inwards and reflecting a lot on life. he has just been through some dire heartache and is still trying to cope up with it. he is being very defensive and is kind of blaming life and people for making him feel this way. so his energy is kind of cut off from people. also at the same time he wants others to be there to pamper him but cant decide what he really wants. so he is just hurting and needs some space.

can i ask one more if you dont mind. who is this female around me. its a very depressing feeling and havent felt like this in months.... 😢

Someone close to you, someone who is either a very close friend or family member who is thinking too much and its making them feel like they are not happy in life.
I get that nothing specific happened for this feeling to come but overthinking of their life.
