I couldn't answer your second question since it's like a yes or no.. and I would hate to get that wrong, so I done number one.. even though I not 100% on explaining someone's next lover.

Ace of pentacles - Queen of Wands - 6 of wands (10 of pentacles)

The ace kinda tells me that your next lover will want to build on a solid relationship. Your next lover will want the relationship to grow and be stable.. I know the pentacle isn't all about emotions, but I have to say it's pretty good when it comes to wanting a growing and stable relationship, so it won't just fall apart, it will be grounded. With the Queen of wands, I'm assuming this will be your lovers personality, I have trouble with describing someone that is a male connected to this..but may be he is someone that is full with energy, may like to be in charge of things.. someone that has a fiery personality. That's all I can most get from the Queen of wands..With the 6 of wands, I see that he likes to be successful... he would like to win in things.. but I wonder what. I pulled another to see with the 6 of wands. I think he wants a stable family.. that is what he really wants.. who ever this person may be... he wants stability, and wants a family.. I think.

Since your question was a yes/no, I couldn't really ask the question the way that you want. But I will still see what I get here.

7 of cups - 8 of swords - The High Priestess - (The chariot)

The 7 of cups was first, so that does tell me there is wishful thinking here.. could be imagining or wishing for something.. but will it come true? Usually when I see this card in a reading, I would say that if you want something to happen, you should try to make it happen instead of just wishing for it. But I also notice that this card shows a man looking at all of these 7 items on this shelf..it seems that the person on the card is trying to make a decision on what he should choose. With the 8 of swords, it looks like there is some restriction going on. May be one of you can't make a move or there is some type of blockage that is keep the other person from moving forward. It seems that one of you feels powerless or feeling like you can't do much about it. But either way, I just see this as in restriction.. can't do too much. The High priestess, it's a little hard to figure out what this card is saying, but may be it means that one of you is listening to your gut instinct on things and already know what's gonna happen.. or at least knowing what's going on. I pulled another to make since with the High Priestess, and I got the chariot.. I know the chariot is like trying to drive a car, and you're in charge.. the ball is in someone's court.. it seems that one of you is in charge of the situation, one of you can either reconcile or not.. that what it seems to me, but the chariot has that energy of having something in mind and proceeding on to it until it's actually done.

2 of wands - King of wands - 8 of Wands - 7 of swords

First off, alot of wands lol

I do see the he is the type to put in the energy into a relationship. He may also be the type to see if the same energy will return back to him. I know the 2 of wands can mean him making decisions in his life to see if he should decide to proceed or not to proceed. He also came up as the King of wands, so this does tell me he may be either a fire sign or someone that is adventurous. He can be someone that does grab people's attentions and is passionate with what he does. I do wonder about this person that he may try to look before going on, to see if it's worth it.. to see if makes him feel alive.. because of it being a wand, keep in mind, this person may like to have fun. With the 8 of wands, this does tell me he may be a fast pacer or someone that goes after something very fast.. so he may fall for someone.. or likes to rush into something. The 7 of swords is what's tricky.. regarding anything, this card tells me that he can be witty or someone that doesn't tell the whole truth about something. I don't know what this card is exactly pointing too, but may be he have hidden intentions.

With all these wands, it may indicate him being sexual, but that 7 at the end is rather.. strange.
