When I shuffled the cards an entire set of cards wanted to come out. I am still a newbie to Tarot and picked only three.
He thinks definitely a lot about you and has many opinions about you. With the three given cards he sees you as a focused personality that stands the ground. On the other hand you do have some mysteries for him that are presented by the hanged man(=Neptune). I guess that is why so many cards wanted to come out. dating potential?

Ace of swords is a good omen, but the 5 of wands and the 3 of wands shows that things are uncertain with the company and they won't be able to budget in the position. They seem to be in financial difficulties. It also shows that even if they do give you the offer, you'll be battling yourself on weather you will want to take it... you will prefer a different position which requires less travel. 2) 5 of swords/ faith / 2 of cups YES.
