I think some who you know will help you, it seems to be someone in your day to day working life. I remember you saying you were studying, it could be through someone from your place of study who will assist. Might involve some travel, whip on clouds make me think the confusion will be brushed away. Bear in the middle shows progress

They like your work, you're very clear and procise and not a dramatic person. Very focused on the tasks at hand and supportive. The high priestess and 10 swords popped up while I shuffled. With the spread being so positive im not seeing the 10 as a bad card, this with the ace wands at the end i think they see you as someone with lots of potential getting better at things.

I think you will create a nice balanced relationship. I do think you will work well together and get along well. I dont see emotional cards here so I don't think it will go into a deep friendship for the near future anyway. Not because of anything bad happening but i think there will be a change i have a doubt they will continue working there long enough to have a deep friendship. But you have a good rapport and communication will be good.

I might be wrong but two 5s indicate changes, page is something new. 5 swords is letting something go. I think they leave. I can be off but this is what the cards say to me.
