www.cafeastrology.com i think www.astro.com has short ones (check extended chart selection)

and then you can always google search individual aspects "sun opposite saturn aspect" and read the various sites.

astrotheme also does them as well but it's not a layed section of paragraphs, it draws up your natal and you have to click on the moon or planet in the chart and then a description will pop up. you can click on all the planets and get their sign+house descriptions but it doesn't do aspects. (would take up too much room for their conventional site, quick easy site)
