I just took a look at his transits (5/10/1988) and he has Venus conj his natal Mars. Venus is sextile his natal Venus starting tomorrow.

We haven't spoken to each other in over a year... I'm not sure if he's with anyone but I'm literally head over heels for him. I've always felt really nervous around him. A part of me feels really scared, like what if we meet up and things don't go smoothly?? I think about him all the time. If things are off I'll really be devastated lol

We have Merc square Merc in synastry, but other aspects are not so bad. My Virgo Asc is Trine his Sun at 0 deg. His sun is conjunct my Pisces sun/merc conjunction.

First off, thanks for your reply to the thread I made a few months ago! Will reply to that, but since I noticed your name here, I thought I might try to return the helpful favor.

It's easier to see your connections if you post the synastry chart.

Also, have you considered asking a horary question about this? This might help shed light on whether it's a good idea to contact this Taurus guy.

Beyond the realms of astrology, I will say, however, that trying not to anticipate any positive reaction, or even a response from anyone you're interested in, is always best. This can be quite difficult, I really, really understand! But just viewing the person you're interested in as someone you simply want to reach out to, nothing more, nothing less, puts a lot less pressure on yourself. And if he doesn't respond in the way you hope, the positive note is that you got your answer in time to chat up other potentials

Also, did you two leave things on good terms, or was there a falling out that makes it more difficult to simply reconnect? If there was no falling out or awkward ending to your situation with this guy, and if you can't stop thinking about him, you have nothing to lose in writing to him, in my opinion.

You know, your synastry and composite, although not entirely accurate because we don't know his time of birth, do show some nice contacts, namely the sun-moon conjunction, among a few other positives. You two can really understand each other emotionally. You both can support each other and have positive feelings for each other. There is even a karmic link between you two (his north node to your descendant).

However, I'm also noticing that this guy falls in your 6th house, which can be a classic sign of one-sided attraction, and I'm also seeing that his retrograde Neptune squares your moon, and that there are some hard Pluto contacts to this guy's Sun and Mars, which can have the disappointing results you're worried about. In other words, there could be confusion on your end as to whether he likes you or is just being nice. Also, with Pluto, there may be some underlying sexual tension or just plain aggression, or a need for control, bubbling right underneath the surface for you two. It's hard to tell, however, if this is a make or break for you two because many hard aspects in synastry can be overcome with patience and maturity. I won't get into the composite chart, as the time of birth is even more important in my opinion, and also composites are normally used for steady long-term relationships (although I've been guilty of reading them early myself! :P )
