The very best wishes for the new year

Could we exchange? I am concerned about my nephew, P. He has just given up his 1st job (a coveted post) after 5 months and is trying to figure out what to do. I am very concerned about him as he lost his father about a year ago. His job (in hospitality) had long hours and was hard work, which could be the reason why, or he is not suited to it. Would you please say if he should he go back to the same job. Or should he go for the same kind of work with another company. Or should he change his career?
