Most definitley yes. Will you have company? Feels you either go with someone or see someone you know there. So I get a sense of feeling excited and happy to be there. I get you being totally emerced in the experience. There will be a feeling of being fulfilled and it will lift up a bleh feeling from begining of the day. As in its the higlight of not such a good past day. So yes this concert will be good for you give you a boost.

I think he feels annoyed by it. Very defensive, and like he would like to hit back, but can`t really. I think he knows it is a stab at him, trying to elicit his compassion or feelings of guilt, and maybe he does a little, but most of all he thinks its crazymaking, that things aren`t what they seem or are represented and that she is actually being irrational.

Ok.. he sees the potential as in he sees it as an idea but he is too well aware of some factors which would make this idea not happen. He feels that a friendship with you would be a benefit in his life but he is aware that life sircumstances, wife not understanding,stirring too much trouble would be keeping him from making this happens. Drama is the least he wants now.
Also I feel like he thinks he couldnt give you as much attention and time as you would need or want. He knows you are understanding but he feels it wouldnt be fair or balanced between you to try and be friends. It seems too complicated even if he sees the potential and positive side.

that is strange. I donīt know if that makes even sense. But my first thought was "family". Like he is preoocuppied with family matters, maybe esp. now so shortly after christmas.

Unless it means that he wants to conclude something first, balance his family life out, maybe even get final closure in the interaction with L (though I am not sure how much that is depicted here in that spread actually), so that he wants to feel free and without having to think about anything else (family/friends/exes) when he contacts you again.
