Can the 3 of cups mean friendship, right? Besides the fact that it means socializing and meeting up to have fun. Can it mean friendship between two people? That is all I want to clarify on.

I think it can mean all of those things. I always think of it as the celebrations card but there would be other associated meanings one of which is friendship.

Probably a nice and happy friendship where you can celebrate together.

Okay thank you both for clarifying that I mostly knew it meant friendship but wasn't sure most people read it like only friendship, instead of just going out with friends.
