Yes they do intend to contact, I think they do admire you. The cards suggest that communication will be unexpected. They seem to suggest very soon. With heart in the centre on letter i think they also wish to reconnect.

Am i going to get a new place to live soon?

Yes, something will come up soon. I get the impression from this read that you will be looking at one place a little further than expected. It appears that it may come through, but then it does not for a "sneaky" reason that ha nothing to do with you. It likely goes to a different applicant. But don't despair. Something even better will come up and you will be THRILLED with the fact that the first one did not pan out. So don't get discouraged, it's coming just may take a little longer. I get June for what it's worth...
