I was wondering about sun in 10th actually.. i know someone with this placement and is an avid politics observer.
With the right aspects, I reckon sun in 9th would be very good at philosophising about how the world would/should/could work which would include political knowledge. Sun in 10th might make one want to become a politician, standing out in front of loads.
