The fool suggests its someone new, but even so they are an argumentative person, cunning and manipulative maybe. I don't know if the 4P is advising you to keep yourself guarded or whether its warning you about being too suspicious. The best thing you can do is not get too caught up in anything that might bring drama and trouble into your life though. Use your own intuitions and cunning ideas about things, if that makes sense!
