Both would do good. The thing is Michael is not that experienced as Martin, or younger. What I get here is that yes, you will save money and you will be satisfyed with his work.
On the other hand, Martin will cost more, but he will look for the details more (snake), he is more meticulous and his work will probably be better done (last longer).

6 of pents fell and seems to me J wants to hold the power in our relationship with him.
What will happen next?
From what I see, he will reply, fairly soon I would say. I see him currentčy reflecting on his behavior and what he wants, but in short, yes, I see further communication happeining. However, I am a bit concerned with this 9 of sword as it seems to me there is some suffering through your communication still to come. To clarify I pulled knight of swords so it seems to me this guy will go a bit defensive. The feeling I get from him is that he sort of wants for you to behave like he wants you to, if you get what I mean. The advice from cards would be that you try to be very balanced and diplomatic in your communication with him after this, not to rub him the wrong way. Not saying you are doing something wrong, just feeling this guy is overly defensive and you need to be patient.
