The answer to your first question is yes.

Within 6 to 12 months the most significant event that will happen to you when it comes to stable love/romance, or marriage is that one of you will feel secure towards the other, and will try to co-erce the ther in a romantic and/or emotional manner, however this person will feel slightly jealous and/or angry towards the other.

From the other person I am getting that they will feel like wanting to control the other, and/or being "on top" of things. This person will feel like inviting the other to a relationship, but it won't seem that emotionally well. I am getting this person will feel like walking away from the other due to being slightly dishonest, not wanting any strings attached.
