Hmm. I don't really see ur february lighting up more than the other months. Maybe you will spend some quality times with family or loved ones, in which you'll feel like a little kid, smothered and all. But overall it's a month where you'll mostly focus on serious matters and, in top of that, maybe feel a little bit lonely or regretful too.
with 10S and 6W, I could say that all problems that you'll have this month, little or big, you'll solve them and conquer them.

Feels like she will be a bit defensive, or better to say she'll act a bit offended, at least this is the vibe I get from this cards, but she will want to get past this disagreement, but honestly it doesnt seem she'll pass right away. Ok look at this way. You are an empress to her. She is a woman but still as you said empress is the epitome of beauty. What it seems she is jealous about is mostly your looks, this is what I feel the strongest, I get something about hair, you have nice hair? And some other features, but also she envy you because you have that feminine diplomatic and peaceful side so you seem more like a balanced person.
