I get a plan in his mind. Like a plan on what to do and what he is hoping for in the future. I get a sense of regret and a sense of wanting to change his ways for the better with you.
I feel like he will try and be more open also there is some sifting through old memories that are connected to you. So he feels to be very nostalgic in his thoughts towards you right now.

There is something about you which he cant explain why he feels a certain attraction towards you.
He finds you to be interesting and yet he isnt sure why but there is a magnetic feeling you give me.
He sees some potential in you but I feel like he cant put his finger on it to why. I see some feeling of sensing feelings about you but not really wanting to admit to it. He has. However, it's not something that he looks at as a positive action to do. There's this feeling of "it's best to leave it aside rather than making things worse", because he honestly doesn't feel that he could bring this to a good ground (whether it's actually true or not). He does care about your connection and that is partially why he is so fearful of doing something that could turn out to make things worse. If he followed his heart, he would have already contacted you, but his overthinking stops him.

Its not over no unless you make the decision yourself. He did take a break and he did see he has feelings for you which he is trying to repress so I get a sense that he is trying to control his feelings and be in charge of what he is feeling. I do see him contact you again it will be in a moment he will let his heart do the action and not control it by logic. So for now it feels to me that its a pause not and end.

Yes i think he will, especially with that letter there. I think he might be feeling a bit stressed or perhaps nervous about doing it at first. But yes i think he will. Tower can be isolation and cross is an ending so i think with letter it means communication so ending isolation. I think clover on cross might be the timing - maybe around end of feb, or around the 14th.

But yes i think there will be contact.
