Every planet has signs they do good in and signs they do bad in. It's called dignities.

Venus is in exaltation in Pisces. This means it excels there. Venus is the planet that has to do with the following: femininity, affection, self worth/value, social life, beauty, luxury, pleasures, sensuality, partnership, relationships, popularity, appreciation, social etiquettes/manners/sanity, fairness, compassion, respecting others, pleasantness, etc. You get the point.

When a planet exalts in a sign, it means that its qualities play out the best way it can there. It's qualities are the most welcomed and appreciated in that sign. For this reason, you are blessed with the gifts of Venus and you are receiving it in the best way possible, unless of course planets that are detrimental to Venus are aspecting your Venus. The house it's in also matters. So if you want to know about your Venus in detail you must mention that too.

So Venus being "weak" in Pisces or having Venus in Pisces making you weak couldn't be farther from the truth.

Your temporary emotions don't necessarily have much to do with your life chart. Or you are either misunderstanding astrology. Or it may be another placement or aspect in your chart that makes you feel weak in life.

This is what I call real astrology. That's what I believe in and it's the only thing that makes sense to me by the many charts of people I have read. We must accept that there are things in charts that either means beneficial or detrimental. It's not just whatever. There is a difference between having sun in libra and Venus in libra.

This is my answer. I am an advanced astrologer and my primary source of knowledge in astrology comes from Ptolemy's and vettius valens and some other books original books. Modern astrology is people treating astrology sceptically and from a psychological point of view. Which is fine okay but it's not supposed to be considered real astrology but merely a perspective, since that's all it is. We cannot create meanings about signs and planets out of nowhere and just apply any psychological meaning to anything we want. And if one is not intelligent enough they should know that they most probably don't have enough capacity/knowledge to understand astrology. But they still try to understand it using the small capacity of intelligence they have in their brain and misunderstand it instead.

In my opinion most of us do not have the capacity to understand astrology's root and reason for it to be the way it is the same way we can understand let's say, how a flower in nature grows. Modern astrology is nothing but an attempt to understand it using psychological perspective. If you've only learnt psychological astrology, of course you'll have no idea what your chart means.

Planets are aspects of our life broken down, signs are symbols and meanings. In this third dimensional reality astrology can help us understand the matrix of our life/world better.
