Since it's so many cards the interpretation might not be as extensive as it could be, because that would take forever, but I will try to make it meaningful.

This is my first time doing the Celtic Cross so bear with me!

Just state the initial of the person you're inquiring about and a brief comment on what your connection to each other are: Partner, husband, love interest, flirt, past lover.

I'm also thinking that I will try to use an online Doreen Virtue Romance Angels Oracle Cards generator to get an extra insight to the situation and pull one card as a crowning energy (but this pull will mostly be for fun, because I don't know how reliable it is).

Card 1: the present, questioner, theme, starting point
(Seven of Swords)

Meaning: Useless attempt, vain effort
Your starting point is mirrored in Seven of Swords. Even though you have a wish to reconcile with M.M. you feel that the situation is rather stagnant. The decreasing influence is Hanged Man, which in this spread seem to reflect the stagnation of the past. It has been a situation that has largely been standing still, much like this man, hanging upside down from a branch, thinking, but not moving. This situation has been going on and has been replaying in your mind for a long time, but now might be the time to finally move forward.

Card 5: the potential, possible development
(Ten of Pentacles (R)

Meaning: Lively habits, venture, danger
The potential development points to you trying something out of your comfort zone to reach this person. You will, perhaps, finally reach out to him, or he, to you.

Card 6: the future, increasing influences
(Ace of Wands)

Meaning: Beginning, source, expressing yourself, going for it
There will be a new, powerful beginning with Ace of Wands. You could either decide to contact him or again - he, to contact you. With this wand there is communication, something starts again, new energies, risk taking. Whatever it is you want, this card urges you to go for it.

The air influenced Princess of Swords turned up in M.M’s position, which could point to a willingness on his part to communicate. For his feelings for you I got 5 of Pentacles - from both my decks. This seems to be a clear indicator that he too thinks this situation is fruitless. He might have given up on it, because of lack of development, but that doesn’t have to mean that he isn’t interested, but he felt left out in the cold. Things didn’t develop the way he would have wanted too, so he has a bleak outlook on the relationship, because sometime, somewhere he lost faith that it was ever going to happen. But with this Princess, I think he’d be more than willing to communicate if he was given the opportunity.

Card 1: Yes I want to reconcile with him but I always thought that there is no more hope since we're far away from each other and I don't know if he's still thinking about me

Card 2: I think about him often and dream about us

Card 3: Yes I'm a little impatient yet I still wait but I don't know how to act
