My question is in regards to some insight into my situation at work and when I can expect it to be resolved/cleared? I have been waiting for a few months now and there doesn't seem to be any update.

The Ace is in the main position, which points to a need for you to stay grounded, as you're still in the beginning phases of a prosperous venture. With that said, I believe that you need to remain patient because this card can also indicate an increase of wealth coming your way.. likely in the form of a promotion or a pay increase.

I believe that the Mother of Swords may actually represent you in this reading, as it can point to a woman going through a difficult time and also points to being criticized. The last card points to a need to take action in this situation. Sometimes those who criticize us or who are extra hard on us in comparison to others do so because they see a lot of potential in us. With these cards, I don't think that they are overlooking you at all. I think that they may be trying to push you to embrace your abilities a bit more and that in time you will receive the promotion and raise that you're working so hard to receive. The action could also mean bringing it to their attention in a constructive way.. maybe asking for promotional opportunities and/or a raise would be beneficial.
